Publishing agreement
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Shiptavio provides this publishing service. By ticking the publishing consent box before you submit an app or an update, you accept this agreement.
1. Publisher of record
Apps registered through Shiptavio are published on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and, where selected, the Mac App Store, Apple TV, or Apple Vision Pro under our own developer accounts. The seller/developer name, and any app-level support contact shown on the store listing, will reflect the account used to publish the app unless and until it is transferred to your own developer account. We confirm the seller of record with you after payment, before your release starts.
2. License and ownership
You retain all ownership of your app's code, name, branding, and content. By submitting an app, you grant us a license to build, sign, host, and publish that app on your behalf for as long as it remains published through Shiptavio. You confirm you own all rights to the app, or hold a valid license to publish it.
3. Review and discretion
We review every app before publishing and may decline to publish, or may remove an already-published app, at our sole discretion, including after initial approval, if it later appears to violate the Prohibited Apps policy, Apple/Google policies, or applicable law.
4. Release credits
The plan is RM199 per app for 12 months and includes 5 base release credits valid from activation. One base credit covers one release cycle (initial publish or a single update) for iOS, Android, or both. macOS, tvOS, and visionOS use separate Apple platform credits at RM49 each, one credit per platform target. Credits are charged once we begin working on a submitted release, and remain allocated to that release through any store rejections or resubmissions of the same release.
Base credits are sold in packages, not individually. When the included credits are used, another RM199 package provides 5 more base credits for the same app. Apple platform credits can be bought one at a time at RM49 each. Build failures caused by your own code do not consume a credit, but are your responsibility to fix.
5. Renewal and unpublishing
If a subscription is not renewed before it expires, the app remains published for 30 days afterward, then is unpublished from the App Store and/or Google Play. Renewing restores a fresh set of 5 release credits for a new 12 months term.
6. App transfer
You may request, free of charge, to have your app transferred to your own Apple Developer and/or Google Play developer account at any time, subject to Apple's and Google's own app-transfer processes and requirements (which may include you holding an active developer account of your own).
7. Takedown and liability
We may take down any app at any time if required by Apple, Google, applicable law, or to protect our developer accounts. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your app's content, including intellectual-property, privacy, or regulatory claims.
8. No guarantee of store approval
We submit apps in good faith but do not control, and cannot guarantee, Apple's or Google's own review decisions or timelines.
